Sales Head
Job Description
We are looking for 7+ years of experience candidates in Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will play a crucial role in defining, enabling our GTM (Go-to-Market) team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- You will lead the strategic thinking, development, and execution of comprehensive enablement programs, focusing on equipping our sales, partner, and customer success teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed for success.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitable deals for the company.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders.
- Develop, prepare and monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Prepare annual projection plan and operating budget
- Serve as the liaison to our key benefit external partnerships to ensure company principles and expectations are being met.
- Primary contact for peer group forums and other business associations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and understand the features and benefits of our industry.
- Keep abreast of market trends and provide a current and long-term vision for benefit programs – by industry, country, region, and/or globally.
Qualifications
- Either proven experience or 7+ years of experience in sales performance , Preferably from the IT software services industry.
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
